Candy Doll now available in Singapore
Good news to those who have been wanting to get their hands on Tsubasa’s much talked-about cosmetic range, Candy Doll is now available at Singapore Watsons outlets!
I purchased 5 more new items(with tsu-chan cutout) to add up to the my current Tsu-chan cosmetic collection above. Will do review on each of these soon!
Never did I expect Candy Doll to reach our shore because I didn’t think Watsons can clinch its oversea franchising because if it could, it would already been given together with Dolly Wink’s. Anyway now it is available here but this could also mean a depreciation in its brand prestige to some(me included) since the feel good of little people owning this range due to inaccessibility is no longer there.

Two of the Watsons outlet which I have visited at AMK Hub and Causeway point have almost the complete Candy Doll cosmetic items, ranging from the mineral loose powder(SGD33.90), lipstick and glosses(SGD25.90), blusher and highlighter(SGD25.90)! That is on an average SGD5 more than the Japan retailing price. In comparison to the local online stores that sell Candy Doll’s items at a sky rocketing price, getting it off the physical shelves at a reasonable mark up price is better.
I believe very soon, other of Candy Doll’s latest items such as the foundation and concealer will be made available at Watsons too.
If you haven’t heard the latest, Dolly Wink is going to launch new eyebrow and eyelashes product during December so I pray the launch goes on without a hitch so I can get it when I am there!
